LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Usman Dar along with his brother appeared before anti-corruption office on Monday in a case related to awarding contracts to favored individuals.
PTI leader and his brother submitted details of their assets in anti-corruption. Moreover, the details of bank accounts and FBR statements were also submitted.
Former advisor to PM was accused of giving contracts to favored persons in Public Health Engineering, MCL and district government.
Usman Dar, Umar Dar and Amir Dar were also accused of giving contracts of projects without getting their maps approved.
Anti-corruption already arrested the Public Health Engineering SDO Jahangir Butt who accused that he was transferred to get Rs500,000 in bribery.
Anti-corruption sources claim that one of the contractors bear the expenses of marriage ceremony of Amir Dar’s daughter. A case was registered against SDO Jahangir Butt and Usman Dar and his brothers were being investigated in the same case.
